“The matrimonial covenant, by which a man and a woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life, is by its nature ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of offspring; this covenant between baptized persons has been raised by Christ the Lord to the dignity of a sacrament” (Gaudium et Spes 48:1).

Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral is available for Catholic wedding ceremonies when at least one member of the couple is a fully initiated member of the Catholic Church and neither party was previously married without obtaining an annulment in the Church.

If you have your heart set on walking down the aisle at Rosary Cathedral, please contact the parish office before you finalize other details of your wedding to ensure that we have availability on your chosen date. Weddings have to be scheduled at least six months before your date to allow enough time for preparation. Ceremonies are typically scheduled for Friday evenings and Saturdays at 11:00am and 2:00pm.

The total cost of a wedding at Rosary Cathedral is $1,500.  This includes a $250 non-refundable deposit.  The fee includes the use of the Cathedral for three hours on your wedding day, a one-hour rehearsal time, a parish wedding coordinator for the rehearsal and wedding, an organist and cantor for the wedding ceremony, custodial staff during the wedding, and office support during the planning process.
